SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

1. Phone numbers collected through our website will be used to respond to prospective customers' requests for services from Legacy General Services Inc., or to proceed with the next steps in scheduling their concrete projects once they have agreed to a quote. We only send text messages to contacts who have expressly opted in to receiving text messages from us. 2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Workmanship Warranty

Legacy General Services Inc. provides a one (1) year written workmanship warranty on installed concrete work, effective from the date of substantial completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, including settlement caused by improper base preparation and surface scaling caused by finishing errors. It does not cover hairline shrinkage cracking, minor color or texture variation, damage caused by deicing chemicals, vehicle or equipment abuse, ground movement beyond our control, or failure to follow provided care instructions. Complete warranty terms are stated in each written contract, which governs in the event of any difference.
