Northwest Core

This is home base. Legacy is headquartered in Maple Grove, and these are the neighborhoods where our trucks are on the road daily — established suburbs where 1980s–2000s driveways, patios, and steps are hitting replacement age, alongside steady new construction in Rogers, Dayton, and Corcoran. Our two most-photographed recent projects — a new-construction driveway in Elk River and a full driveway-and-steps replacement in Dayton — came from this core, and you can see both in the gallery.

North Metro & Anoka County

From the county seat at Anoka up through Ramsey and Elk River, and east across the river to Blaine and Ham Lake, the north metro mixes riverfront neighborhoods, fast-growing suburbs, and large acreage lots. Ham Lake and the acreage belt bring us steady pole-barn pad, shop-slab, and long-driveway work; Blaine and Champlin deliver both new-construction pours and end-of-life replacements from the 1970s–90s building waves.

Minneapolis & the Inner Ring

City and inner-ring work is its own craft: front stoops that predate modern footing practice, alley-loaded garage aprons, city sidewalk repair notices, tight lots where truck access gets planned before anything else, and right-of-way permits that have to be right the first time. We work across Minneapolis and the first-ring suburbs — the postwar blocks of Richfield, Crystal, New Hope, Robbinsdale, and St. Louis Park carry original 1950s–60s concrete that is our steadiest replacement work anywhere in the metro.

Lake Minnetonka & Southwest

Around Lake Minnetonka, sloped lots, mature trees, and lakeside drainage define the work — and finish expectations run high, from exposed aggregate entries in Wayzata and Edina to stamped patios overlooking the water. Mound's tight cottage lots make truck access part of every quote; Minnetonka and Eden Prairie's rolling 1970s–90s neighborhoods keep original driveways and pool decks coming due for replacement.

Wright County & Lake Country West

West along Highways 55 and 12 and up the I-94 corridor, Wright County pairs fast-growing cities — Buffalo, Monticello, Otsego, Montrose, St. Michael — with genuine lake country around Annandale, Maple Lake, and Waverly, where seasonal cabins keep converting to year-round homes. Out here the work runs bigger and more rural: long private drives, garage and shop slabs, shed pads on acreage, and lakeside patios and steps built for slope and freeze-thaw. Clearwater, where I-94 crosses the Mississippi, anchors our northwest corner.
